
Executive Board
Elections for Board Members are held each May
Any member is eligible and it is a completely voluntary position
The Board works as a cohesive unit to make sure by-laws and guidelines are followed
If any member has any questions, concerns or complaints, the WHOLE board is responsibe for taking care of that member



President

Preside at meetings.

Act as liaison with other organizations and the community.

Organize local group’s activities with the help of the Administrative Vice President and the Executive Board.

Act as liaison between the local support group and MOMS Club International
Membership Vice President
-
Promote membership in the group.

Help publicize the group in the community.

Assist the Treasurer in the collection of dues.

Coordinate hospitality at the meetings.
Administrative Vice President
-
Assist President in fulfilling her duties of office.

Assume the duties of President when she is not available.

Coordinate the group’s service projects
Secretary
-
Compile a roster of all members to be distributed at least once a year.

Coordinate or prepare any correspondence necessary for the support group in cooperation with the president.

Take minutes of meetings.
Treasurer
-
Handles all accounts, funds, financial reports, vouchers, receipts and any financial transactions directed by the Executive Board.

Helps make decisions that will help guide the group.
